EpicMindArt sells digital services and goods. Payment processing and refunds are managed by Paddle (merchant of record). This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and trial periods.
Subscriptions (monthly or annual)
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle self-service portal or by contacting EpicMindArt@gmail.com
- Canceling a subscription stops future billing. Access to the paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds for subscriptions are evaluated case-by-case. We honor refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle's refund handling. To request a refund, contact EpicMindArt@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for typical consideration. For EU consumers, statutory rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal) may apply depending on the product and whether the consumer expressly agreed to immediate access.
One‑time purchases and digital downloads
All sales of digital downloads are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by law.
Trials
If a Service includes a free trial, billing starts at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund from us, we may suspend or terminate your account while we investigate.
